Control: tags -1 upstream patch
In the recent versions, the CMakeLists.txt file for terrasync is completely commented out, so the separate binary is never built.
Upstream commit 3f7e59a.
The manpage is added to the install list at man/CMakeLists.txt:22, so commenting out that as well will probably get rid of it (though I haven't tried this).
