package: devscripts version: 2.17.2 user: [email protected] usertags: debsign
debsign doesn't sign buildinfo when doing source only uploads, whereas
it does it if I were to sign the _amd64.changes.
e.g.

PS: what's the matter with that fixup_chnages? (feels like debug
output that shouldn't be there).
