Dear Maintainer,
In the text editor (ctrl + T), you lose the selection each time you want
to modify it by using the tools of the editor (such as changing the font
size, %, colours...). The cursor returns to the beginning of the
selected area.
This happens without leaving the window (as bug 800696).
