That's no package name nor valid version..

This should have gone to either debian-installer or installation-report
(more probably the first).

This should be fixed in the last upload of base-installer, which will be
available in the next rc build (not in the dailies as the package is
currently blocked in unstable, tbh not sure why the migration is not
allowed).
