It has not worked since a reinstall of Debian.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Attempting to open the configuration window from the system tray causes solaar
to crash. In order to see what was going on, I ran solaar -d from the terminal
to record the failure.
* What was the outcome of this action?
