mono-fpm-server (arch:all) is no longer installable after the recent binNMU of
xsp:

mono-fpm-server : Depends: libfpm-helper0 (= 4.2-2) but 4.2-2+b1 is to be
installed
The Depends: libfpm-helper0 (= ${source:Version}) is too strict.
You can probably use
Depends: libfpm-helper0 (>= ${source:Version}), libfpm-helper0 (<<
${source:Version}+ba~)
to cover binNMUs, too.
Please also check the other arch:all packages built from src:xsp.
