In tab "Debian Software": -Checkboxes for "main, contrib, non-free" can't be marked, but even they don't change the state to marked, it seems that they write something in sources.list file. -Checkbox for "Source code" is always marked and can't be clicked/unmarked. -The server chosen in "Download from" list is not respected, with any change, it is reverted to Main server and (writes http.us.debian.org in sources.list). In "Updates" tab: -Checkboxes for "Securty updates" and "Recommended updates" are not clickable. In "Developer options" tab: -Checkbox for "Proposed updates" are not clickable.

I can remember that this (Ubuntu native) tool always was very buggy in Debian, if it is not possible to fix or adapt for Debian, please, remove it because it is very confusing for users.
