jaminid uses dh_javadoc from gcj-jdk to generate javadocs, which leaves
timestamps in the documentation. Please attempt to eliminate these
timestamps, so the package can be reproducible.

Alternatively, we could RM this package. Upstream is dead since ~2006.
The maintainer appears absent (unfixed RC bugs since 2015: #802416).
The last RC bug fix on this package was an NMU.

#859960 says that dh_javadoc isn't going to be fixed, although that may
be a misunderstanding.

dh_javadoc is, I believe, used *only* by this package:
https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=dh_javadoc+path%3Adebian%2Frules&perpkg=1

As such, the best fix here would be to copy dh_javadoc into this
package (or just the two relevant lines of code), and drop the depedency
on gcj-jdk. This will also help with the removal of gcj-jdk, when time
comes for that.
