1.6.5-4 fails:
    build.xml:7: java.lang.IllegalAccessError: tried to access field
    org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.Concat.fileUtils from class
    org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.Concat$TextElement

1.6.5-5 fails:
    build.xml:7: java.lang.IllegalAccessError: tried to access field

I have used the build.xml file in the bug report to test it.
