Dear Javi,thanks for your bug report. However, the bug is not in the package manpages, because the manpage for hier.7 is up to date (2015-03-29) and does document the /media directory.
As you stated that you're Spanish, I think it's likely that you have installed the translated manpages from the package "manpages-es". And looking at hier.7 in that package, it is indeed very outdated and does not mention /media.
The package manpages-es has had the last upload in January 2011, so the information in there is about six years old.
You could either uninstall the manpages-es and use manpages exclusively or, if you prefer, run the command "LC_ALL=C man hier". This way, the english manpage will be shown to you.
I'm reassigning the bug to manpages-es, so that maybe the translation work starts again.
