Just as indicated in a similar bugreport[0] as well as in README.Debian I hesitate to add scripts from various separate sources to the package. Of course, a lot of usefull add-ons are not present at the moment, but as of now I refrain from crawling the web to get them all together. Well, I don't use bitlbee myself, so I can't say how useful those particular scripts may be, but perhaps they could simply be added to my "upstream" listing at <http://www.irssi.org/scripts/>. Once this is done they will be automatically included in my next new "upstream" release of the irssi-scripts package.
