Ah yes, sorry,

thats because the packages seafile and seafile-gui are only in unstable
while ccnet and libsearpc are already in testing (a.k.a. Stretch).

So you for the time being, you need to add unstable to your sources.list:

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian unstable main contrib non-free


And preferrably add the following to /etc/apt/preferences or a file in
/etc/apt/preferences.d/

Package: *
Pin: release o=Debian,a=unstable
Pin-Priority: 300
