So what is if i dont want to migrate right now or do want to migrate on my own. What is if i want to read the migrate source before because i dont trust them mostly because it says: "This will take a short time!" and i do not understand why it will take a while at all because its a simple mv inode name change without any havy file system operation at all. You could even just link the things to avoid this and have compatiblity between both versions. So change this to a "do you want to let this system migrate that now" yes / no dialog, or leav it away and just symlink ~/.thunderbird to .icedove and be with it.
