Package: apt Version: 1.4.1 Severity: important In 1.4.1 we reduced the time where the daily apt script runs to 6..7am in order to prevent unattended-upgrades from running during the day.
This has the side effect of causing a lot of load on mirrors at the same time if the script is enabled. We are currently in the process of splitting the timer into two, so we can distribute the update load over the day, and keep the upgrades in the morning.
