After thinking a bit more about your problem and rereading your bug report I more and more get the feeling that this is no Eclipse bug but Eclipse triggers it. The error message makes me suspicious: Fehler beim Mappen des Shared Objects: Die Operation ist nicht erlaubt (Error when mapping a shared object: this operation is not permitted.) What kernel are you running? How much free memory do you have before starting up Eclipse? How much memory (with swap) in total?
