Normally, this files are found by a script. Unfortunately, I am not
familiar with the build process of the package.
BTW: Don't forget to send this files to the upstream developers, too.

please find attached the initial German translations of v4l-utils.
While translating, I've found some typos in the original string.
I've marked them with "FIXME".
Do you have a pointer to the l10n documentation if Debian packages?
This is my first localized package, I'm unsure how to handle it properly.
