There is only one buffer that has the focus at once. For exemple, Eclipse's window title is "Java - CurrentlyEditedClassName - Eclipse SDK" and Kate's one is "SessionName: CurrentlyEditedFile - Kate". The two programs handle multiple buffers too, and the name inserted in the window title is the name of the buffer which has the focus. I think that a comparable behavior for emacs would be nice.
