Happened to check the open issue regarding the tests not passing and found that the author had updated the module to a version 2 and closed the issue last month: https://github.com/einhverfr/PGObject-Util-PseudoCSV/issues/1
However; the release of Debian 9 ("Stretch") is currently scheduled for
just a little over a week so will still wait until after that to start
working on completing this ITP.
