Dear Maintainer, after upgrade to thunderbird 52.1.1-1 from experimental
exchange
calendar authentication stopped working, it doesn't ask for password and gives
error 401 right away.

There is an upstream bug for it,
https://github.com/Ericsson/exchangecalendar/issues/580
And issue is partially resolved in unreleased 4.0 version of the plugin.
