when modifying repository's a file named trusted.gpg is created in /etc/apt/

this causes the following error messages when reload in synaptic is used and
also if apt-get update is used in a terminal

W: http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/dists/stretch/InRelease: The key(s) in the
keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg are ignored as the file is not readable by user
'_apt' executing apt-key.
W: http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian/dists/stretch-updates/InRelease: The key(s)
in the keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg are ignored as the file is not readable by
user '_apt' executing apt-key.
W: http://security.debian.org/debian-security/dists/stretch/updates/InRelease:
The key(s) in the keyring /etc/apt/trusted.gpg are ignored as the file is not
readable by user '_apt' executing apt-key.

This is mostly harmless but annoying and can be circumvented by deleting the
created file but it returns if synaptic is used to modify the repos again.
