Can I snd you more informations?
Yes please - full steps to reproduce would be most helpful.
I try to add some more precise informations:

==== /etac/apache2/sites-available ==== before installation
000-default.conf
000-default.conf.dpkg-dist
000-default.conf.originale
010-elrond.conf
020-kili+anArchive.conf
020-kili.conf
030-r.conf
default-ssl.conf
==== /etac/apache2/sites-enabled ==== before installation
000-default.conf
010-elrond.conf
020-kili.conf
030-r.conf
==== /etac/apache2/sites-available ==== after installation
000-default.conf
000-default.conf.dpkg-dist
000-default.conf.originale
000-default-le-ssl.conf
010-elrond.conf
010-elrond-le-ssl.conf
020-kili+anArchive.conf
020-kili+anArchive-le-ssl.conf
020-kili.conf
030-r.conf
030-r-le-ssl.conf
default-ssl.conf
==== /etac/apache2/sites-enabled ==== after installation
000-default.conf
000-default-le-ssl.conf
010-elrond.conf
010-elrond-le-ssl.conf
020-kili+anArchive-le-ssl.conf
020-kili.conf
030-r.conf
030-r-le-ssl.conf
--------------------------------------------------

the file "020-kili+anArchive.conf" was disabled because it contains an old (and buggy) configuration. After instal it becomes active (and there is no 020-kili-le-ssl.conf as espected).

If I start from scratch renaming to "020-kili+anArchive.conf" to "020-kili+anArchive.removed"
all seems ok
