"all" already enables all features, so the following two are doing
the same:
export DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS=hardening=+all,+pie,+fortify
export DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS=hardening=+all
hardening=+all is the more readable version, but that's a cosmetical
issue.
