Package: libopendht-dev
Version: 1.2.1~dfsg1-8
Severity: normal

Hi,

OpenDHT is now at version 1.3.3. Important new features have been introduced
since 1.2.1 (see [1]). Amongts improvements, there is the following:

- argon2: add support for installed library (still fallback to included sources)
- connecting to loopback address (127.0.0.1) is now supported
- dht: add per-ip-range storage ratio.
- dht: drop values as soon as they expire
- dht: better support for multiple listens on a single hash
- abi: symbols are not exported by default anymore

Upstream is also going to merge an interesting patch for python API~[2]. I
suggest to watch for another subsequent release of this merge.

I also want to emphasis on the fact that python bindings should be provided. I
guess that it is not provided since it would belong in another package called
`python3-opendht` for instance. If so, can you make this package?
