Only when I installed it manually; nothing previously. > I tried installing "rhythmbox" from a sid chroot, and it installed > gstreamer0.10-plugins-good as well as gstreamer0.10-alsa. Same here in my i386 sid chroot. (My normal arch is amd64.) That was when I selected gstreamer0.10-plugins-good manually; it pulled in gstreamer0.10-alsa automatically. I didn't try a rhythmbox upgrade in that environment though. Why doesn't gstreamer0.10-plugins-good actually depend on an output sink?
