Normal setup/installation in Debian-Stretch
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Starting liferea with command
"liferea --mainwindow-state=hidden" does not hide the main window
* What was the outcome of this action?
starts in normal resizable window AND as tray icon
* What outcome did you expect instead?
same beheaviour as many generations before, at least since Wheezy -
just start with tray icon
and obey what "man liferea" tells me:
-w, --mainwindow-state=STATE
Start Liferea with its mainwindow in STATE:
shown, iconified, hidden
