icinga2 classic UI required jquery and jquery-ui. However you are not using the embedded version and the icinga version in Debian is not compatible(?) with the delivered versions from stable. This results in many 404 (see screenshot) requests and a not working UI (missing actions, dropdowns and so on). I checked some files and most of them do not exist (anymore) in the stable repository. Most of them are embedded in other packages.
