This is slightly confusing, especially due to the licensing conflict between Debian and GNU, which makes the reader wonder whether there actually is an info manual in a "non-free" doc package, somewhere. Solution: No patches attached since the manpages are automatically generated using help2man. However, using the --no-info option in help2man should solve the issue. PS Thank you for maintaining manpages in Debian, in the first place!
