I failed to do so. Here is what I did when I tried to reproduce the issue:

Usually the Debian buildsystem pretty safely prevents such issues as
linking a binary against the wrong shared library. As The aqhbci-tool4
binary in my environment is linked correctly against libaqhbci.so.23, I
would say your binary differs from mine.
Can you please provide the output of the following commands:
which aqhbci-tool4
dpkg -S /usr/bin/aqhbci-tool4
ldd /usr/bin/aqhbci-tool4
sha256sum /usr/bin/aqhbci-tool4
