Package: libapache2-mod-fcgid Version: 1.05-1 Severity: minor
Hi, I had a hell of a time debugging a problem with a Ruby on Rails application, and it turned out the solution was to do this: IPCCommTimeout 20 IPCConnectTimeout 20 It might be nice to put some values like that in the default config, because it really is difficult to track down! Also, upstream probably ought to report a better error, saying that there was a timeout and that the app is being shut down.
