No, but then I'm not an ARM porter.

Any driver like this that is needed for basic functionality in every
installer flavour should go into kernel-image.

So I've made this change on the stretch and sid branches for armhf.

I'll add 'sunxi_wdt ?' for arm64 now so this should work right once we
