Dear Maintainer, all config files of fontconfig reference fonts.dtd by relative
path, implying it should be located in /etc/fonts or /etc/fonts/conf.d. But the
actual file provided by the package is located in 
/usr/share/xml/fontconfig/fonts.dtd
