Package: ecryptfs-utils Followup-For: Bug #870126
Hello, 1. The problem is the user keyring not being linked to the session keyring. keyctl link @u @s is a much easier workaround. 2. For me this happens only in gnome sessions (not console or ssh) Is this the same for you? (see also https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=870335 ) Cheers, Itaï. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (600, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.11.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=fr_FR.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages ecryptfs-utils depends on: ii gettext-base 0.19.8.1-2+b1 ii keyutils 1.5.9-9 ii libassuan0 2.4.3-2 ii libc6 2.24-12 ii libecryptfs1 111-4 ii libgpg-error0 1.27-3 ii libgpgme11 1.8.0-3+b3 ii libkeyutils1 1.5.9-9 ii libpam-runtime 1.1.8-3.6 ii libpam0g 1.1.8-3.6 ii libtspi1 0.3.14+fixed1-1 ecryptfs-utils recommends no packages.
