Good. No need to send binary blobs. More information can be provided by comparing to .dsc files (and their set of source package files) using the "debdiff <dsc-1> <dsc-2>" tool.
I'll commit the necessary changes to mate-polkit's debian/stretch/updates branch. I will propose an upload to the release team, but the issue might be to minor. If is to minor, we will include it once there is another issue with mate-polkit with more weight.
