Hello,

pfstmo is now included in pfstools. It still does not build with clang.
The first issue

/usr/bin/ld: CMakeFiles/pfsglview.dir/pfsglview.cpp.o: undefined
reference to symbol 'pthread_create@@GLIBC_2.2.5'

seems to be easily fixed by
