Having said that, I'm not happy with this bugreport. There is nothing we can do about it without a massive amount of work. The gsl maintain has once again not coordinated the transition, and created a mess for its reverse dependencies in unstable. To fix this issue we need to fix the conflicts in the updated gls package, which also has a revision stuck in NEW, and coordinate the gls transition with the Release Team. I'm not really willing to do that again, I'm still upset that I had to get involved in the previous uncoordinated gsl transition.
