Hello Peter. Please fix your MTA.
While I did not check on it, I don´t think this restriction is covered by any RFC. It goes beyond anything I use on my private MTA which uses a lot of stuff in order to prevent spam. > This is the mail system at host mailout.teamix.de. > > I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not > be delivered to one or more recipients. I hope the Debian bugtracker reaches you at least. (Its true that I used a different MTA initially to avoid having our signature software mangle the GPG signed mail by adding a long signature. But the attempt with delivery failure refers to definately came from am MTA with teamix.de in the domain name. Also note that there is no SPF record for teamix.de and SPF in itself is questionable with mailing list software sending mails and so on. Again I think the instruction you impose here is not covered by any RFC.)
