Dear Maintainer,
- upgrade to latest version of openssl/libssl1.1 in testing/unstable
- libssl1.1 (1.1.0f-3 => 1.1.0f-4)
- openssl (1.1.0f-3 => 1.1.0f-4)
breaks ability to retrieve mail from my ISP.
Downgrade to previous version restored functionality.
