Right, it works, it creates a folder and puts the config file in there.
So all users of any version which has been upgraded from another which
uses the file (not the folder) will face the same problem with no clue
on what to do.

In my opinion, on first start, if it finds an asunder file it should
manage to end up with a folder of the same name with the plain file
inside it.
