Dear maintainer,
Wrt the bug report I filed this morning: while looking for more
information I just came across a changelog.Debian item in the openssl package,
dated August 7th, 2017: Kurt Roeckx wrote that TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are disabled in
the openssl package. I still have to figure out whether that update has
introduced the problem, but considering that these changes were installed
yesterday in my computer it's likely that it has. Once I know more I'll let
you know.
