I would like to give Emmanuel time to respond to this.  I've tagged the bug 
moreinfo to hold on on processing it for the moment.  If Emmanuel agrees to 
the removal or we don't hear back in two weeks, then go ahead and remove the 
moreinfo tag and I'll process the removal then.
