Bug#780428: beast-mcmc: or replace "amd64" with "any"?

It might be possible to replace libnucleotidelikelihoodcore0's
"Architecture: amd64" with "Architecture: any". It seems to
build and install on arm64 at least. (I've not tried using it.)
