Allow user defined fields in form:

  X-<field-name>

like:

  X-Upstream-Email: <....>
  X-Upstream-IM:  GAIM ..., ICQ ...

Instead of printing message:

  dpkg-source: warning: unknown information field

This message could still be displayed for invalied user defined
fields that not start with "X-".
