At the moment we are updating the system to be able mirroring all
architectures and try to become official country mirror for Armenia.
We also plan to do updates 4 runs a day as well as to activate push
mirroring.

Please investigate.
Also, it seems that even when your mirror updates, it only does so daily. We
recommend four runs a day to match the number of times the archive updates.
