Did you get it together with the installation of tryton-modules-all in jessie? It is quite a PITA to backport python3-zeep to jessie and it is only needed for tryton-modules-shipping-dpd, a module that works only more or less for Belgium. If the above is correct, I am in favor of removing that module from tryton-modules-all for jessie to get rid of the dependency for python3-zeep.
