Ok, I took a look at the mirroring time of debian.inf.tu-dresden.de and aligned 
our sync times to them. That should reduce the gap for now. 
Currently our server running the syncs isn't reachable per SSH from the world.
I'll see what I can do.

It works now with the basic https listing. Probalbly you catch the files 
directly.
