Source: gcc-mingw-w64 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation? I'm installing gcc-mingw-w64 package for a C cross-compiler to Windows AMD64 architecture * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? * `apt install gcc-mingw-w64` * Look for gcc-mingw-w64 in Muon package manager, and mark as to-be- installed * What was the outcome of this action? * Either `apt` and Muon selects g++-mingw-w64, gfortran-mingw-w64, gnat- mingw-w64 automatically, which is either a C++ compiler, Fortran compiler(?) and a Ada(???) compiler * What outcome did you expect instead? Only C cross-compiler is installed as the others doesn't really complement the package and should downgrade to Suggests: or even less. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers xenial-updates APT policy: (500, 'xenial-updates'), (500, 'xenial-security'), (500, 'xenial'), (100, 'xenial-backports'), (99, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.10.0-33-generic (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=zh_TW.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=zh_TW.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)
