Bug#875026: [libquazip] Future Qt4 removal from Buster

Hi,

libquazip builds both Qt4 and Qt5 interface.  I could simply drop the
Qt4 interface to fix this bug by breaking nomacs and freemedforms build.

Would you consider this a sensible way to go?
