piuparts-reports nowadays almost daily now runs longer than 12h, thus is only
run once a day often, thus on rescheduling one can only say "results will be
available in 48h at lastest", which is rather lame (in the literal sense even).
It also means that we shouldn't add more suites until this issue has been
fixed. (Else we would get even longer runtimes…)
One simple fix is obviously to not update pages for suites not being tested
anymore. Another would be to split piuparts-reports and the most invasive
fix will be to switch to on demand page generation.
