emacs25 fails to install if edb 1.31 is installed, see #840748 for the edb bug, which suggests that this is fixed in the next upstream release of edb. To ensure smooth upgrades to emacs25, we need a Breaks against the problematic version, s.t. edb either gets upgraded or removed. Andreas
