i think this is shipped by util-linux, which is already installed on the
rescue images because it is Essential: yes. I'm confused why you're

this requires us to add non-free and contrib to the example builds,
which makes me sad. perhaps we should have a rescue-non-free example
profile that adds them in? maybe some other way? this should probably
be a separate bug report.
